You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

• Host or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute content that is obscene, abusive, or promotes hate
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or exploit vulnerabilities
• Harass or threaten ZeroLag Hosting LLC staff or affiliates
• Engage in billing fraud, including false chargebacks
• Abuse infrastructure in a way that negatively affects other clients
• Attempt to exploit, bypass, or attack our systems or networks
• Spread slander, misinformation, or false claims about the company

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We accept payments via approved payment gateways listed at checkout.

Refunds are available only if requested within 48 hours of initial purchase for new services. Renewals are non-refundable.

Chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, ZeroLag Hosting LLC is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, network failures, acts of nature, or third-party services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your content. While we may offer backup tools, we do not guarantee data recovery.

To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, ZeroLag Hosting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroLag Hosting LLC and its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising out of your use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our network and users.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://doc.zerolaghosting.org. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting ZeroLag Hosting LLC. If unresolved, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, held in the parish where ZeroLag Hosting LLC is registered.

ZeroLag Hosting LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, network outages, government actions, or failures of suppliers.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeroLag Hosting LLC with respect to the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
